Community Guidelines

These guidelines keep the portal useful, private, and safe for the student community.

Use the portal for student support

Share useful study material, help other students find resources, and keep conversations relevant to the community.

The portal is not a place for harassment, spam, scams, threats, doxxing, hate, targeted humiliation, or attempts to stir conflict between students.

Chat conduct

Use your visible name responsibly. Other students can see who is speaking, and messages should stay respectful even when you disagree.

Do not post private contact details, personal information, passwords, confidential marks, account screenshots, or sensitive university records in chat.

Uploads

Upload only files that are relevant, accurate, and appropriate for students to access. Label module codes, years, semesters, and titles honestly.

Do not upload malware, corrupted files, unrelated media, misleading documents, copyrighted material you cannot share, or private content belonging to someone else.

Academic integrity

Use shared material to study and prepare. Do not use the portal to cheat, sell answers, coordinate misconduct, or bypass university academic rules.

If official instructions conflict with anything on the portal, follow the official university instructions.

Moderation

Maintainers may remove content, restrict uploads, clear messages, or block users where needed to protect the project and the community.

Moderation decisions may be made quickly during abuse, safety, privacy, copyright, storage, or service reliability incidents.
